The Vent Guys were absolutely wonderful! They were honest when it came to our “not up to code” dryer vent and helped us get it all up to code for a fair and decent price, especially in this economy. Michael Q gets an A+ in our notebook!

Jim & Jason were out today to clean my dryer vent and the one at my parents' home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were on time (called prior to arriving to let me know they were on the way), professional and courteous. After the initial inspection, they shared in detail the good and the bad. (The bad wasn't too bad and I already suspected it was an issue and was grateful they could complete that at the same time as the cleaning.) Most importantly, they didn't cut corners when he ran into a problem which was especially important given that my vent goes from the front of the house all the way to the backside. He could have said the job was done and I likely never would have known. But he asked to further inspect in the utility closet, where he found a 90 degree turn in the vent. He went the extra mile to prevent any damage to that problematic area and continued cleaning until everything was good. I will definitely refer my friends and real estate clients to The Vent Guys and recommend they request Jim & Jason!

Justin came to my house today and did a safety check and cleaning of my dryer vent. He recommended to replace the hosing behind the dryer due to it being a cheap one, which makes it a fire hazard! I appreciate the recommendation and went ahead and did the replacement. I feel safer now knowing I have a higher quality hose now! Justin was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company and Justin! Thank you!

I have had this company perform both dryer vent cleaning as well as full house ventilation cleaning. Both services were very thorough. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything as they went along, and also cleaned up after the process. I could do with a little less "ad on" selling from hem, however.

Tyler from The Vent Guys came out to my home and did excellent work. He was informative, thorough and friendly. My questions were answered with genuine honesty. The cost felt expensive for what I paid for past cleaning, thus the four out of five stars. Overall I’m satisfied with the work and would recommend them to others. Thank you.

The experience was great again. Jordan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. He didn’t try to upsell, just pointed out a couple of small things to consider. We went ahead with his suggestions. As I stated in my exhaust vent review … This is why we use this company. They are VERY honest and reliable. I continue to recommend them highly.

The Vent Guys did an outstanding job cleaning and servicing my HVAC system. They thoroughly cleaned both the indoor and outdoor HVAC equipment, completed necessary duct repairs, and fogged the entire system with a disinfectant treatment.Jordan and the owner were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process and the services being performed. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they answered all of my questions without any pressure or upselling. When the work was completed, everything was spotless—they cleaned up so well that there was no trace they had even been there, except for the noticeable improvement in my HVAC system. If you're looking for a company that is honest, thorough, professional, and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend The Vent Guys. Excellent service from start to finish!

Jordan was our technician to clean our AC ducts. He arrived on time and was very professional and took great care with our home. He took time to explain the process and inspected everything before he did any work. He shared photos with us so we saw what he found. He was informative and patient with our questions. He identified things we, as homeowners, would not have thought to look for and gave us options on how we could proceed. He identified issues that impact the air we are breathing that we decided to have The Vent Guys take care of for us. Jordan sealed gaps between the boots and the subfloor and ensured that is air tight. If you want your AC ducts cleaned and Jordan is scheduled, you have struck gold! He is a man of integrity and a strong sense of customer care. The Vent Guys are lucky to have him.

A job I could not do myself or perhaps anybody but The Vent Guys. Four out of four bathroom vents had birds nests in them and 25 ft. up. Tech cleaned them out and installed critter cages to prevent the birds getting back in. Plus a cage for the dryer vent. A capital expense that adds value to my home.

Really great company with great people to deal with. Had a vent cleaning schedule, but the techs van broke. Just my luck, the company called and, Barbra said she would be able to reschedule or try to get another tech for the same day. About 5 minutes later she called back had another tech in the area and was able to save the day. She, Barbra is a real jewel, energetic, funny, turned what could have been a bad day into a great day. GREAT customer service with great quality people. Jim, the tech showed up, let me know when he was coming and got the job done. No pressure up sales just gave me facts I needed to make a decision. Bottom line, a great customer service centered company that does a great job and are considerate, and a pleasant to deal with. The American ideal that doing a good job for the customer is the number one best advertising.

The company is easy to schedule with and the comms are great. Tyler showed up in the arrival window, called to give me a heads up, and got right to work - in and out in no time. The dryer vent is no longer full of lint and dog hair and the vent cover outside isn’t stuck partially open. 10/10 service, as always (I’m a repeat customer).

Tyler T and Justin C provided great service in servicing my dryer vents (inside and outside) and installing three pest guards over my external vents at my request (appreciate that pest guards was exactly the color of my house). They were very professional and gave great advice about why it’s important to service your vents annually.I for one does clean my dryer internal lent removal daily, but no matter what, you need to call the professional to come out to take care of the big stuff even if you aren’t having any issues. Thanks once again gentlemen for your professional and thorough service. This is my second time using The Vent Guys and I highly recommend them.Ron
