Jim & Jason were out today to clean my dryer vent and the one at my parents' home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were on time (called prior to arriving to let me know they were on the way), professional and courteous. After the initial inspection, they shared in detail the good and the bad. (The bad wasn't too bad and I already suspected it was an issue and was grateful they could complete that at the same time as the cleaning.) Most importantly, they didn't cut corners when he ran into a problem which was especially important given that my vent goes from the front of the house all the way to the backside. He could have said the job was done and I likely never would have known. But he asked to further inspect in the utility closet, where he found a 90 degree turn in the vent. He went the extra mile to prevent any damage to that problematic area and continued cleaning until everything was good. I will definitely refer my friends and real estate clients to The Vent Guys and recommend they request Jim & Jason!

Justin came to my house today and did a safety check and cleaning of my dryer vent. He recommended to replace the hosing behind the dryer due to it being a cheap one, which makes it a fire hazard! A job I could not do myself or perhaps anybody but The Vent Guys. Four out of four bathroom vents had birds nests in them and 25 ft. up. Tech cleaned them out and installed critter cages to prevent the birds getting back in. Plus a cage for the dryer vent. A capital expense that adds value to my home.

Really great company with great people to deal with. Had a vent cleaning schedule, but the techs van broke. Just my luck, the company called and, Barbra said she would be able to reschedule or try to get another tech for the same day. About 5 minutes later she called back had another tech in the area and was able to save the day. She, Barbra is a real jewel, energetic, funny, turned what could have been a bad day into a great day. GREAT customer service with great quality people. Jim, the tech showed up, let me know when he was coming and got the job done. No pressure up sales just gave me facts I needed to make a decision.
