A typical dryer vent cleaning typically takes 1–2 hours and includes:

A Quick Note on Safety and Materials

In order for us to perform a cleaning, the Main Ductwork (beyond the laundry room) must be built with rigid metal ducting — this is different from the short, flexible piece that connects directly to the back of your dryer. That piece is sometimes acceptable.

If your system is built from improper materials (which is more common in homes built in the mid-90s or earlier) or has other structural issues, we may not be able to perform a full cleaning. In that case, we’ll complete an inspection only and share our findings with you, along with recommendations for next steps.
