Very professional, expert, and friendly, and they got my dryer working efficiently again. I've hired a scam company in the past and was leery of engaging another one, but they allayed my concerns. I also tried doing it myself using tools purchased online, to no avail. Highly recommended. I’ve been on both sides of craft trades support transactions, I made my share of mistakes as one will do when learning to truly earn my pay check. Todays experience with Jim (AKA JAMES DAVID) was as professional and comprehensive as I could have hoped to be in my own life. On time, on target…Jim explained what he was going to do by methodical and complete interaction with me and my wife. Once explained he set to work with little or no breaks or potable music devices. Many photos sufficient explanation with what he had done and what was beyond further repair. Bottom line..never better ever skilled support. More than 30 years ago, our house was built without a dryer vent. We quickly discovered this, but the makeshift vent we had installed can only be described as janky. Michael entirely redid it, and our dryer now has a proper exhaust vent. One less drain on our electric bill; one less fire hazard. I am pleased with the result!

We called The Vent Guys as our dryer was not drying the clothes properly. Jackson arrived and inspected the system. It could not be cleaned as a repair was needed. The cost was $129 for inspection, photos, video & travel.Jackson returned and replaced the air vent with a dryer jack vent and cleaned the system. The cost was $899 for repairs, cleaning, travel, video and photos.Jackson was extremely easy to work with and had great communication skills. He arrived on time and is very detailed in his documentation.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a service, repair, or installation at my home done with more professionalism and transparency as I experienced today with Lucas. He identified the problem, explained what he would do to remedy it, and set about doing that efficiently. He took photographs, described what they revealed, a clogged dryer vent that was impeding air flow drastically.
