The Dryer Vent Guys were in and out very quickly while still managing to do a terrific job! They kept me informed along the way of how the job was going and showed me pictures to help me understand. I needed a new outside vent cover to help prevent more problems that were already starting because... the louvers of my vent were warped and would not open or close. They informed me of this, showed me the picture, but there was no high pressure sales involved. Involved. In the end, I made the decision to go ahead and have them replace the vent a new powder coated vent that opened and closed and did not have louvers. I feel much better about my vent and would definitely use them again! They were professional all the way!read more
