Bathroom Vent Services
Bathroom Vent Cleaning
Birds and other pests love to build their nests in bathroom exhaust vents, which can lead to thousands of dollars in repairs, and their filthy way of living inside your vents can really take a toll on your indoor air quality.
For the best results, we recommend having your entire bathroom exhaust system cleaned during your first service visit. This way, you can be sure the ductwork and the fan are both cleaned, ensuring your system is running safely and efficiently from the start. Once the ductwork has been properly cleaned, future maintenance typically only requires keeping the fan clean, so long as your exterior vent is properly protected.
What’s Included in Our Bathroom Exhaust Duct Cleaning:
- Measuring the approximate length of the ductwork
- Cleaning the duct as close as 1–2 feet from the fan unit (to avoid damaging the fan)
- Removing as much debris and buildup as possible from inside the duct
- Checking for proper airflow at the exterior vent cover
What’s Included in Our Bathroom Exhaust Fan Cleaning:
- Removing and thoroughly cleaning the grate in the bathroom
- Disassembling the fan to clean lint and dust from the motor
- Cleaning the fan housing
- Inspecting your system setup
- Verifying whether airflow is reaching the exterior vent (when accessible)
REVIEWS FROM OUR CLIENTS
Andrew is an absolute professional! Not only did he do a good job, but he explained everything and took his time to ensure I understood everything. His customer service was the best I have ever seen. I feel happy now that I don’t have to worry about my dryer vents thanks to Andrew’s expertise! If I could give more than a 5 star I would definitely do that. Thank you so much!

A+++ Honesty! When someone comes to your home to perform a service you don’t expect early arrival, good service and someone who tells you he won’t charge you the quoted price because it wasn’t necessary ,gives you a reduced price and informs you that you don’t need a cleaning as often as you thought that’s what I call taking care of business!

My first customer experience with The Vent Guys was awesome. Michael did an outstanding job of evaluating our vent condition and connections, and then detailed what was needed and why. Michael was very prompt and professional throughout the inspection and work process. Again, great customer experience, and definitely would recommend Michael and his team. Thanks

Micheal arrived on time( no small detail these days). Explained what he was going to do, showed us photos of problematic problems. He completed the inspection, cleaning and authorized repairs in a timely manner. He also cleaned up afterwards (another detail that seems to be forgotten these days). Had him put us on the reminder list for next year

Michael was excellent in providing a thorough assessment of my dryer vent and its condition. He was quick to determine the issues and was quick to fix the identified problems. He cleaned up the working area thoroughly and I do recommend him for future work.

Bathroom Vent Inspection
A Bathroom Exhaust Inspection is the first step to making sure your exhaust system is working safely and efficiently. During this inspection, we:
- Check the overall condition of your ductwork and exterior cover
- Identify any potential issues or concerns
- Let you know if a cleaning is recommended
If a cleaning is needed, the cost of the inspection will be applied toward the cleaning service — so you only pay for the work that’s actually required.
Bathroom Vent Repair & Installation
A properly installed bathroom vent is essential for maintaining healthy indoor air quality and preventing issues like moisture buildup, mold, and mildew.
Renovating an older or poorly performing system typically includes:
- Upgrading to a more powerful and energy-efficient exhaust fan
- Replacing damaged or outdated ductwork
- Making sure the vent is correctly routed all the way to the exterior — never into an attic or wall cavity
During installation, we focus on:
- Sealing all connections to prevent air leaks
- Minimizing duct length and bends for smooth airflow
- Using the right materials to help prevent condensation and moisture problems
A properly installed and maintained bathroom vent system will help:
- Control humidity
- Eliminate odors
- Remove airborne contaminants
All of which protect both your home’s comfort and its long-term structural health.
