Testing and Air Balancing

Testing and balancing is required for most commercial HVAC systems–and it’s a highly recommended service for residential systems as well. Unfortunately, this step is rarely included when residential systems are commissioned, which is why many homeowners experience uneven temperatures and inconsistent comfort throughout their homes.

We measure the airflow at every supply and return terminal to assess how it compares to the system’s design specifications. From there, we make precise adjustments to balance the airflow and ensure each room receives the proper amount of conditioned air.
